2014 Sauvignon Blanc

2014 sauvignon Blanc – Sold Out

The first wine we ever bottled, the 2014 Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing offering from Sonoma’s Russian River Valley. It displays lovely acidity with a crisp, textural mouthfeel. Only 30 cases produced.

  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of lemon zest and cut hay with bright flavors of green apple and citrus; the neutral oak provides subtle texture
  • Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressed; 100% Sauvignon Blanc
  • Vintage: 2014; Another excellent vintage following 2012 and 2013. The continued drought made for an accelerated growing season, which began with early flowering after a mild winter and culminated in an early harvest. Dry conditions combined with a relatively cool summer produced smaller berries on the vine, resulting in wines with concentrated flavor and bright acidity
