2015 sauvignon Blanc – Sold Out
Hopkins river ranch

The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc features fruit from Hopkins River Ranch in Sonoma’s Russian River Valley. It is fermented in 100% stainless steel to showcase wonderful aromas and citrus flavors while retaining bright acidity and freshness.

  • Tasting Notes: Brilliant aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and kiwi with crisp citrus flavors; lively and fresh, making it an excellent pair for a wide variety of dishes
  • Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressed; 100% Sauvignon Blanc
  • Vintage: 2015; Early and light best describes 2015. A dry, mild winter gave way to an unseasonably cool spring and flowering period, contributing to smaller grape clusters and berries. The fruit that did ripen, however, is intensely flavored, showing very good quality despite low quantities
